Kasamore offers prepaid international calling card service directly to consumers through a secure and easy-to-use web interface for purchase (via credit/debit card) and personal account management. Consumers can also purchase our prepaid calling cards from a wide variety of retail locations and commission agents. Kasamore assures that customers receive the minutes announced on every call and there are no fees of any kind. The company was incorporated on November 26, 2007 in Newark, DE.

Key Positions and Executive Biography:

Nana Tandoh - President & CEO
Nana is currently President & Chief Executive Officer at Kasamore. His focus is setting strategy, technology vision, strategic business partnerships and international joint ventures, and recruiting key talent.

Prior to joining Kasamore, Nana held a Lead Engineer role at Comcast Cable, Inc., Nana played a lead role in the design, deployment, and expansion of the Comcast Digital Voice -CDV product in the South Division. He also held an Application engineer position at TranSwitch Corp. where he designed highly integrated programmable chip level designs (FPGA design and VHDL coding) and high speed board involving both analog and digital circuitry.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairfield University, Connecticut and currently pursuing his M.B.A. at Wilmington University, Graduate Center in New Castle, Delaware.

Kafui Amedzekor - Chief Technology Officer – CTO
Kafui is currently Chief Technology Officer at Kasamore. He is responsible for company-wide product development which includes optimizing resources, speeding innovation, and ensuring the quality of Kasamore's products and services. He is focused on establishing a common architecture and building blocks to drive development aligned with corporate strategy and on improving the overall effectiveness of Kasamore's engineering efforts. All of Kasamore's engineering functions, including technical operations, infrastructure, and internal IT support groups, will report to Kafui.

He has more than 10 years experience in designing VoIP systems. VeriSign, Fannie Mae and Northrop Grumman are some of the companies he has consulted for.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana and Masters of Science in Telecommunications & Computer Science from George Washington University, DC. Kafui is a current certified CCIE.

Efua Asare - Director, Customer Care, Corporate Strategy and Business Development
Efua’s Key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Corporate development: Support the identification and evaluation of new business and revenue opportunities (e.g., Community Based Organization CBO partnership); develop recommendations based on in-depth analysis of their financial merit as well as fit with the Company's overall strategic goals, and assist in the implementation of these new initiatives.
  • Corporate strategy: Support the assessment of strategic issues/projects and the long term strategic planning process. This could include developing financial models, preparation of presentation materials, participation in high level meetings and on internal committees.

She holds a B.S. in Health Information Management from Temple University, Pennsylvania and currently pursuing her M.B.A. at Wilmington University, Graduate Center in New Castle, Delaware.

Raymond Appiah. - Director, Interconnect Solutions
Raymond provides the overall leadership and business strategy for Kasamore's interconnection services; products and partners to help VoIP termination vendors and service providers to connect to our network.

Prior to Kasamore, Raymond was a Network Engineer at K-Net (Ghana) Limited. He designed a one stop managed network and internet solutions within the West African sub-region, using different products according needs, peculiarities, preference and location of clients. He tailored specific solutions for clients and managed K-Net’s network as well as their internet access.

He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from City College of New York and BSS Certified Advanced CDMA Training at ZTE Corporation in Shenzhen, China.
