How do I buy credit?

Answer: To buy credit visit login into my account page and enter the amount you wish to add to your account.

Do I have to create an account?

Answer: Yes, every person who wants to use our services has to open an account with Kasamore.

Why do I have to create an account?

Answer: Your account with Kasamore has the following features: access to our pinless service, call records, remaining balance, speed dial etc.

How do I call without entering a PIN?

Answer: Our service can be accessed from any phone number without entering the PIN by registering your phone numbers with our website. This feature is available in your account.

Do you offer speed dial (Hot Dial)?

Answer: Yes, we offer a speed dial called Hot Dial service for up to 10 phone numbers. Add the desired phone numbers in your account and you will be able to call your family and friends by just entering one digit.

How do I contact Customer Support?

Will you share my personal information with 3rd parties?

Answer: No. Kasamore values your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party.

How can I modify my personal information?

Answer: Sign in to your account with username and password. Once logged in you will have the option to change all your customer information.

How do I change my password?

Answer: You can change the password on the customer information page in your account.

I lost my password. How can I retrieve it?

Answer: Click on "Forgot password" in the upper right hand corner of our website and enter the username for your account on the next page. Password will be sent to the email address we have on file. If you cannot remember your username, please contact us.

How do I pay?

Answer: Kasamore accepts credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can also mail in money order to our offices.

Can I pay for my orders with non-USD credit cards?

Answer: No we only accept US cards at this moment.

Where can I see a list of all the rates?

Answer: Click on "Rates" above on the navigation bar. You will see the lowest rate for each individual country. Click on the country's name for additional rates for specific areas of that destination.

Do you charge any extra fees or taxes?

Answer: No, our rates have no fees of any kind. There are no additional charges.

What is a Toll Free access number?

Answer: A toll-free access number is a special telephone number, in which the calling party is not charged for the call by the telephone company.

What is a Local access number?

Answer: A local access number is a regular phone number that you can call to get access to our network.

How do I call an international number?

Answer: In order to make international calls you have to add credit to your account and dial one of our access numbers. Then enter the destination number in one of these formats: 1. Calling from the USA dial 011 followed by the country code and phone number.

Why is it more expensive to call mobile numbers in some countries?

Answer: Cellphone companies charge more for calls terminated to phone numbers belonging to their networks.

Will my account ever expire?

Answer: Your account and credit will never expire.

Are your rates the same no matter when I call?

Answer: Yes, our rates are the same 24/7.

I'm dialing a number and it's not connecting. What do I do?

Answer: Please make sure you are dialing the correct number. For more assistance contact customer service.
